World of Warcraft Weapons Guide: Bows – Part 3

In World of Warcraft (WoW), players can choose to use among many different weapons. These weapons can either be picked up when it is dropped by another character, fished, or earned when a quest is completed. The weapons in World of Warcraft are divided into categories: daggers, bows, fishing poles, fist weapons, guns, etc.

One of the more popular weapon categories in this global phenomenon of a game is bows. Bows in World of Warcraft are very useful especially when the player wants a sneak attack or does not want a close quarter combat. By using bows, a player can strike his enemy from a reasonable distance. Aside from its long range characteristic, some bows are also quite powerful and could, in the right timing, inflict bigger health damage to its unlucky target. Moreover, bows are also one of the cheapest weapons in World of Warcraft so players can easily buy one whenever they need one. Here, we shall continue the discussion on some of the technical specifications of the bows in the world’s most popular MMORPG, World of Warcraft.

Bow of Taut Sinew

The Bow of Taut Sinew is a ranged weapon in World of Warcraft that requires players to be in the 60th level or higher. It is dropped by Ayamiss the Hunter at the Ruins of Ahn’Qiraj so if you are on the right level you might want to visit the place. If you found one, pick it up so for it to bind on your character. Once that happens, your character’s agility will be increased by 11, nature resistance by 8 and attack power by 22. It has a speed rating of 2.20 and is capable of inflicting 73 to 137 total health damage to its victim or 64.8 damage per second.

Pick the item so it binds on the character and when it binds, it will automatically increase the character’s stamina by 28. When the Bristleblitz Striker is equipped to a character, it will improve its critical strike rating by 25 or 1.1%.
