World of Warcraft Weapons Guide: Daggers – Part 3

Daggers are very popular weapons in World of Warcraft. These weapons can have poisons that are usually applied by Rogues and they can also be buffed using sharpening stones. Furthermore, World of Warcraft daggers can be enchanted by an enchanter. However, you could not apply weightstones to the daggers in World of Warcraft. In this article, we shall continue discussing some of the daggers of the massively popular game, World of Warcraft.


Heartrazor

Now the Heartrazor is typically just another dagger in World of Warcraft and, truth be told, is not that much powerful. Heartrazor binds immediately to a level 70 or higher character that picks it up and in that event, the dagger will improve the character’s agility by 15 and stamina by 15. The Heartrazor has a speed rating of 1.80 and can inflict from 111 to 206 damage its unlucky victim or 88.1 damage per second. When you strike properly, the dagger can increase your attack power by as much as 250 good for 10 seconds.
Gutgore Ripper

The Gutgore Ripper is not the most powerful dagger in World of Warcraft nor does it pack many skill and character benefits and improvements. In fact, when it binds to the level 60 character that picks it up, it does nothing whatsoever to increase any of the character’s abilities. It has a speed rating of 1.80 and can induce 63 to 119 damage its target or 50.6 damage per second. Having the right timing in your attacks would be beneficial as the Gutgore Ripper can send a shadowy bolt at the enemy that would cause 75 Shadow damage and would lower all of your target’s stats by 25 good for 30 seconds if you attack with proper timing.
Gut Ripper

The Gut Ripper name is just fit for this dagger. It binds when it is equipped to any character in the 40th level. The Gut Ripper does not pack a kicking attack power because it can only do as much as 33.9 damage per second or 42 to 80 total damage. The dagger has a speed rating of 1.80 and when you use I correctly, you can wound your target for 95 to 191 damage.
Grand Marshal’s Mageblade

Grand Marshal’s Mageblade is a fancy name for a dagger that is quite simple looking. This is a dagger built for level 60 and higher players and binds immediately to the main hand when it is picked up by a character. When that happens, the Grand Marshal’s Mageblade will increase the stamina of the character by 14 and its intellect by 8. When equipped to a character, it increases the damage and healing that is caused by magical spells and effects by as much as 72 and your critical strike rating by 0.6%. It has a speed rating of 2.00 and can inflict 47 to 119 damage to its target or 41.5 damage per second. It is not a durable dagger so if there are any other dagger available, you might as well just use them.

 

Grand Marshal’s Dirk

With a slot in one-hand, the Grand Marshal’s Dirk is no stranger to many World of Warcraft players. When picked up, the Grand Marshal’s Dirk can increase the character’s stamina by 7 and when equipped, it can improve the critical strike rating by 0.6% and the attack power by 28. It is not a very durable for level 60 players but it is quite sufficient. The Grand Marshal’s Dirk can inflict 95 to 143 damage to its target or 59.5 damage per second with its 2.00 speed rating.
Harbinger of Doom

The Harbinger of Doom binds immediately to the character that picks it up and automatically increases the agility of the character by 8 and its stamina by 8. When it is equipped, it improves the critical strike rating by 0.6% and the hit rating by 0.6%. Moreover, it has a speed rating of 1.60 and can inflict 83 to 126 damage its target or 65.3 damage per second. Remember though that it is not a very durable dagger and when you are in the 60th level, you might need better weapons.
Malchazeen

The Malchazeen is quite a good dagger to use in the 70th level. It binds to the character that picks it up and automatically increases its stamina by 13. When equipped, it improves the hit rating by 1.0% and the attack power of the character by 50. When you are attacking a target, the 1.80 speed of the Malchazeen would greatly help and when you land a strike or slash properly, you can inflict 132 to 199 damage to your opponent or 91.9 damage per second.
Maexxna’s Fang

Maexxna’s Fang binds to a level 60 character when it picked up. In that event, the durable dagger will automatically increase the character’s stamina by 8. Furthermore, when it is equipped, it increases the character’s hit rating by 0.6% and its attack power by 36. Maexxna’s Fang can inflict as much as 65.3 damage per second or 94 to 141 total damage to its target with its 1.80 speed rating. Remember though that you first have to get Maexxna drops because you will need 8.9% of it every time you use the dagger.
Kris of Unspoken Names

Kris of Unspoken Names binds to the main hand of the character that picks it up. If you are in the 60th level, you can find this dagger at a quest called “Kris of Unspoken Names (Raid)”. It is not much of a dagger in terms of attack power as it can only do from 39 to 86 damage to its target or 41.7 damage per second. Lastly, the King of Unspoken Names has a speed rating of 1.50 but having precise timing will greatly help you.
Kingsfall

Kingsfall is a reliable level 60 weapon that binds to the character when it is picked up. Once the Kingsfall binds to a character, it improves the latter’s agility by 16 and when it is equipped, it will increase the critical strike rating by as much as 0.6% and the hit rating by 0.6% also. With a speed of 1.80, the Kingsfall can inflict from 105 to 158 damage to its target or 73.1 damage per second. Lastly, you have to remember that you need 11.5% drops of KelThuzad to use this dagger.
High Warlord’s Razor

The High Warlord’s Razor is for use by players in level 60 and higher. This dagger binds immediately to the character when picked up and then increases the stamina of the character by 7. When the High Warlord’s Razor is equipped to a character, it increases the critical strike rating by 0.6% and the attack power by 28. It has a speed rating of 2.00 which is pretty average and can inflict as much as 59.5 damager per second or from 95 to 143 total damage to its target. Overall, the High Warlord’s Razor is a capable device especially for level 60 players.
High Warlord’s Spellblade

The Spellblade is another High Warlord dagger that is built for use in level 60. This dagger binds to the main hand of the character that picks it up and immediately increases the character’s stamina by 14 and its intellect by 8. When equipped, the High Warlord’s Spellblade will increase the damage and healing caused by magical spells and effects by up to 72 and the spell critical strike rating by 0.6%. The dagger has a speed rating of 2.00 and can induce 47 to 119 damage to its unsuspecting victim or 41.5 damage per second.
Merciless Gladiator’s Shiv

This special World of Warcraft dagger can be used only if you are in the 70th level or higher. It binds to the off-hand of any character that picks it up. When it binds, the Merciless Gladiator’s Shiv increases the stamina of the character by 27 and when equipped, it improves the hit rating by 0.6%, critical strike rating by 0.9%, resilience rating by 0.3% and the attack power by 30. It is a pretty durable dagger with 1.40 speed rating and can induce 97.5 damage per second or 95 to 178 total damage. The Merciless Gladiator’s Shiv is good to use for most combat battle in the 70th level.
Merciless Gladiator’s Shanker

The Merciless Gladiator’s Shanker is a level 70 dagger that binds immediately to the character that picks it up. When that happens, the dagger improves the stamina of the character by 27. Furthermore, when the Merciless Gladiator’s Shanker is equipped to a character, it improves the hit rating by 0.6%, critical strike rating by 0.9%, resilience rating by 0.3% and the character’s attack power by 30. The Merciless Gladiator’s Shanker is quite a powerful World of Warcraft dagger as it has a speed rating of 1.80 and can give its target damage from 140 to 211 or 97.5 damage per second. Use the Merciless Gladiator’s Shanker especially when you need a dagger that packs powerful attack and gives several benefits to the character’s abilities and skill set.
